I was wondering where to go to read the rules about what makes a post appropriate and inappropriate. For instance I know that flaming and other subjects like restaurant dining is inappropriate, but with the weather can spawn a lot of interesting comments that are not easy to define as fitting or not fitting the topic. So is there a place to read the rules?
