That system caught my eye a few days ago, largely due to JB's early week rants that we might have a big off shore nor'easter this weekend. Well, he nailed the storm, but not the locale.
It's still producing some serious gusts (more than 45+ sustained, with 60+ gusts); I am reticent to think will give it a classification, since it's almost purely subtropical at best, more of a gale center. I'd say 30-70 against Otto, but, this being the season from hell, who knows?
