that says ""Summer temperatures and rainfall will be near normal. The hottest temperatures will occur in mid- to late August. Watch for a tropical storm in mid- to late July. A hurricane will threaten or strike the coast in early September. Otherwise, September and October will be close to normal in temperatures and rainfall.""

what are your thought on this?

I used to take a lot of stock in them.
It's almost pure Climatology. Like saying the will be an Atlantic storm ongoing on Sept 13th of every year.
Better than a 50/ 50 chance...every year.
