Area of Interest - Central Atlantic - Invest 99L
      #43185 - Thu Jul 14 2005 11:43 PM

A slow moving tropical wave in the central Atlantic well east of Puerto Rico may be developing a circulation center near 17.8N 40.8W. The system is gathering convection this evening although little forward movement has been observed. Some induced shear is evident to the west. Organization is poor, but improving.
