Weather Channel Music
      #54156 - Wed Sep 07 2005 10:27 PM

This might seem like a weird question, but does anyone know what the name of the music, or tune, is that the Weather Channel uses for their tropical update. They also use the same music when they are in alert mode.

I sent an email asking the question to the Weather Channel and got no response.

My daughter plays the violin and we have been trying to play The Weather Channel's alert music. Just passing time by while watching these hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Thanks,
Sandy

I have attached a sample of the music that i'm referring too, just to make sure we are thinking of the same piece.

Thanks Kross for posting that information, the one that they have is actually played as local forecast music, when TWC is in alert mode.

Do you know what music package the Weather Channel normally uses?

Does anybody have it?

the weather channel will not be doing storm alert mode for hurricanes any more just the usual continuing coverage and regular music like for IDA 09 ALEX,Bonnie 2010.......twc continues to go down hill even though they say there not i guess we will have to wait and see i found this out on one of the chats TWC had recently
