Direction of movement
      #72469 - Tue Aug 29 2006 01:53 PM

I just came across here and must say I am so happy that this thing is only 45 MPH and down here they said that this could only be a minimal TS with winds under what we get in summer time storms. We wereready to board up and leave, but will ride it out. I think God was watching over us here. I also think it will fall apart fast as it isn't that impressive at all.

Good afternoon all...long time no post.

Looks like Ernesto is trying to sneak in between the air masses and squeeze it's way into the far south eastern GOM.....I'm watching the Miami/Key West Radar closely.

FLAman....Last time I checked meteorology was a study of science...not the tooth fairy, the unicorn, funny feelings, hairs on the back of the neck, magic, or superstition....so please on behalf of science leave the abstract references to yourself. Thank you.

Don't understand all this westward talk. They just came out with 2:00 adv.,And it is STILL heading NW.You can also see that on visable. The west coast gets the weaker side the east coast stronger side,That has not changed.I also agree that this is the best looking 45mph TS I have ever seen.
