low? Bay of Campeche?

I noticed a low pressure close to the coast of the Bay of Campeche, anyone guessing this could form into a possible storm?

It's the remnants of Arthur (actually, the entire "envelope" that spawned Alma, Arthur, and the little disturbance that moved onto land from the Pacific). It looks like the energy in this system is decreasing over time, so I don't think anything significant will develop in the BOC any time soon.
