Is this area over Cuba something to watch or is it just a upper level low that will follow the tail end of Bret? It looks like its turning to the north.

(Moved to a more appropriate Forum.)

Its an upper level low approaching eastern Cuba that is moving westward. It currently has no reflection at the surface.
