Florida's Hurricane Drought
      #95382 - Mon Dec 15 2014 07:55 AM

Here is a link to an interesting article in the Jacksonville Florida Times Union. It discusses the current Florida record of 9 years without a hurricane landfall in the state - and the insurance coverage that the state has amassed - along with the hurricane premium that all Florida property owners have been paying. The article was highlighted in a recent National Weather Association Newsletter.
