I saw your earlier question about -51 degrees C. What that means (as Storm Hunter explained) is that it is cold. I think what it ALSO means is that the colder the clouds are, the stronger the storm. Anyone feel free to correct me if this is not right. (I'm beginning to hate the word "right".)
