Remembering last years storms and with Hurricane Floyd, watches/warnings are usually issued for S Fla E Coast first then later issued further up the coast... possibly because S Fla is further East and closer to the storm initially. Can we expect this with Katrina as well? Looks to be taking a similar track to Frances and Jeanne throught 1st landfall.
