Barely a storm is in reference to the last wind report of 40 mph. Remember, at 38 mph it is downgraded to a tropical depression, no longer a storm. It is a "storm" in that it is a tropical cyclone, and it is a pain because with all the changes, it could do anything...miss the entire peninsula and head north, fall apart, head west and toward the gulf.....in the last 48 hours, US landfall has shifted from TX to Miami....and we still have plenty of ground/water to cover...its wait and see time..the good thing is everyone in the gulf and peninsula got their hurricane kit ready!
