Looking at the Key West short range & long range radars it appears that there may be a weak surface low developing south of the lower Keys, just barely drifting west. Most of the precip is on the east & northeast side, but definetly seems like there is a weak circulation there., maybe a homebrew (close in) in the making? http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?product=NCR&rid=BYX&loop=yes
