Good evening,

First time posting on FLhurricane...

I wanted to give my thoughts on the whats occured so far this season and currently happening.

Just checked Global models and i see no hints of any tropical development any time soon.In my opinion the cape verde season has now come to a close as upper level winds become increasingly unfavorable of the african coast.Thankgod for the persistant trofiness weve had this season protecting the the U.S. from any landfalling cape-verde system. As we now enter the month of october the attention shifts closer to home as we begin to have fronts push down into the southeast and sometimes stalling in the GOM and parts of the caribbean. For atleast the next 10 days i dont expect tropical development in the GOM and the caribbean as there is plenty of subsidence in those areas and will prevent development. When in doubt, take the word of the National Hurricane Center
