If 95L can survive some shear and dry air for the next couple of days it could become a 'problem' system. Folks along the Gulf coast - especially the northern Gulf coast - should closely monitor the evolution and track of this system. I'm going to be interested in how future outputs of the HWRF model handle this system. The HWRF has been fairly good on track projections this year, but with intensity - not so much. ED
