DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven was located near latitude 13.8 North, longitude 54.5 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 3 mph (6 km/h). A slow west-northwestward or northwestward motion is expected for the next day or so. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression is forecast to dissipate on Sunday or early Monday.
